The Sheboygan County Community Resource Card is a simple, easy-to-use guide connecting residents to trusted local support when they need it most. Compiled through a partnership with United Way of Sheboygan County and Mental Health America Lakeshore, the PDF is available here for community members to access, print and distribute. 

The card includes services for domestic violence and abuse, alcohol and drug recovery, children and parenting, disabilities, employment, financial assistance, food access, health and mental health care, housing and shelter, legal support, transportation, and much more. 

United Way of Sheboygan County supports over 40 programs provided by 22 local nonprofit agencies addressing local needs. Connect with them to utilize their programming and services.
