Check Your Child's Development from the Comfort of Home

Did you know that 90% of a child's brain development occurs before age 5?

As a parent, it's natural to wonder if your child is meeting important developmental milestones. This free child development screening can help you better understand your child's strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and connect your family with resources that support healthy development.

Available to Sheboygan County families at no cost, this online screening takes just 10-15 minutes to complete and can be done whenever it fits your family's schedule.

Why Early Childhood Development Matters

The first years of life are critical for learning, communication, social skills, emotional development, and overall growth. Identifying developmental concerns early can help children receive support sooner, improving outcomes for school readiness and lifelong success.

Our screening tools can help identify potential:

  • Developmental delays
  • Speech and language delays
  • Social development concerns
  • Emotional development concerns
  • Communication challenges
  • Behavioral concerns
  • Learning and developmental needs
