Sheboygan County Community Partnership for Children (CPC)

The Sheboygan County Community Partnership for Children (CPC) is a community impact initiative of United Way that works to ensure parents and families have the supports and services they need to ensure their children are safe, healthy, reaching their developmental milestones on time and are ready for kindergarten.

Developmental Screening

Did you know 90% of a child’s brain development occurs by the age of 5? By taking 10-15 minutes to complete a screening from the comfort of your own home, you can identify your child’s strengths, opportunities for growth and get connected to activities, resources and services to best support your child during this critical developmental period.

Free Developmental Screenings in Plymouth

Join our Community Partnership for Children for FREE developmental screenings designed for children ages 6 months to 5 years. These screenings assess communication, problem-solving, personal & social skills, and fine & gross motor skills — helping you track your child's growth and identify any potential concerns early.

  • Location: Generations in Plymouth
  • Dates: Thursday, March 6 & Friday, March 7
  • 1-hour time slots available. Registration is required.
