Happy Month of the Young Child!
Did you know April is Month of the Young Child? To celebrate, our coalition put together a passport to connect with families and raise awareness of the importance of early childhood education.
Join us for family-friendly activities hosted by members of the Community Partnership for Children (CPC) throughout the month of April, collect stamps by participating in activities, then turn in your passport to earn prizes for your children and raffle entries! Every stamp is worth a raffle entry, so the more activities you attend, the better your chances of winning!

Participating Agencies/Events
Each of the agencies below is participating in this year's passport program! Please see each section for a list of events that agency is participating in, and check the full passport for event details.
Pick and choose which events your family wants to attend; no matter the number of stamps in your passport, your kids will still earn prizes! When your family is done attending events for the month, turn in your passport to any participating agency to be entered in raffle drawings and receive prizes for your little ones.
Events:
- Celebrating Spring at Anchor of Hope: 4/2 & 4/16, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 4/10 & 4/24, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

- Visit the Early Learning Center: 4/2, 4/4, 4/8, 4/10, 4/11, 4/16, 4/18, 4/22 & 4/26, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

- Week of the Young Child Drop-In Events: 4/8 - 4/11, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- Monday: Come in to make shaker bottles! We will have instruments to play with and will also give each individual a QR code to many music ideas to do with children.
- Tuesday: Nourish will be here: We'll have "Popeye Muffins" to try, a coloring station and good food trivia focused on our Harvest of the Month: Spinach!
- Wednesday: We will be planting seeds.
- Thursday: Open art time — come make a project!
- Playgroups: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
