Our Community Action Team (CAT) is a volunteer-led group of neighbors who help guide how United Way of Sheboygan County invests in local solutions. Members provide leadership, insight, and support throughout our community impact process, including reviewing Innovation Grants and partnering with our Strategic Partnership Grantees (formerly Partner Agencies).
Made up of individuals with diverse experiences and perspectives, the team works closely with United Way staff and leadership to understand the needs of Sheboygan County and support creative solutions to long-standing challenges. Together, they bring collaboration, curiosity, and big-picture thinking to the table — all in service of building a stronger, more connected community.
