Connecting You to Local Support When You Need It Most

Quick Access to Trusted Resources for Crisis Support and Everyday Needs

The Sheboygan County Community Resource Card is a simple, easy-to-use guide connecting residents to trusted local support when they need it most. Designed for quick access in times of uncertainty or crisis, the card brings together dozens of essential resources all in one place.

From immediate help to ongoing support, the card includes services for domestic violence and abuse, alcohol and drug recovery, children and parenting, disabilities, employment, financial assistance, food access, health and mental health care, housing and shelter, legal support, transportation, and LGBTQ+ resources.

Click here to access the printable PDF. The document can be easily printed on standard 8.5x11" paper and then folded in half. For those who prefer bulk printing or professional printing, the document is also available on file at GT Graphics in Sheboygan.

This resource card was developed through a partnership between United Way of Sheboygan County's Youth Mental Health Network and Mental Health America Lakeshore.
