Where: United Way of Sheboygan County at 2020 Erie Avenue in Sheboygan. Our offices are located at the triangle intersection of Kohler Memorial Drive, Erie Avenue And 20th Street. Please note that our offices are located on the upper level of our building are not easily handicap accessible. 

TIME TO GET SIGNED UP! 

- Starting on Monday January 19th, you can enroll your young child in the Imagination Library program. Children ages under 5 currently living in Sheboygan's 53081 zipcode are eligible for the program.

- For those enrolling in person at United Way's office, you will receive a free book and a sweet treat (while supplies last). 

- Sign up can also be done online by heading to uwofsc.org/dpilsignup

WE CAN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU! - DONOR APPRECIATION

Because free books aren't entirely free.

While Dolly Parton's Imagination Library supplies the books, United Way of Sheboygan County is responsible for the enrollment as well as the the postage costs. For just $32/year, you can provide one of the 2,500 eligible children in Sheboygan with free books mailed directly to their home. 

For those who make a donation to support the program during this week, you will receive a special thank-you gift. 

ABOUT ELIGIBILITY & PROGRAM COSTS 

*Children are eligible from the program from birth until their 5th birthday. Children must currently residing in the 53081 zipcode of Sheboygan. Due to limited funds, children residing outside of 53081 are not eligible for the program at this time.

**The program is completely free to those who enroll. The cost of books is covered by Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and the cost of enrollment and postage is covered by United Way of Sheboygan County.
