Welcome to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL)! Our team at United Way of Sheboygan County is so excited to be a part of your child's early literacy journey.
DPIL is a book gifting program dedicated to improving early literacy, family interaction and inspiring a love of reading by mailing free books to children from birth to age five. Each month, the program mails a high-quality, age-appropriate book to all registered children, addressed to them, at no cost to your family!
Here's how it works:
- A parent or guardian enrolls their child in the program.
- In 6-8 weeks, the child receives their first book, specifically addressed to them, in the mail.
- A personalized book arrives in the mail each month until the child's fifth birthday.
