Donate your time and talents to help make a difference for thousands of children and families who visit the Above & Beyond Children’s Museum each year. Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Sheboygan County
Whether you can lend a hand by volunteering once a month or once a week, we are eager to hear from you. The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) needs help in our Nutrition, Transportation, Health and Wellness, and other programs providing services to older adults and adults with disabilities who live in this community. Becoming a volunteer can change your life and provide great services to others.
The Alzheimer's Association relies on dedicated volunteers to achieve our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia. We are seeking committed, passionate volunteers to educate the public, lead support groups and raise awareness in all communities. Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center and Clinics
We are preparing for the opening of our new facility in 2022 and have opportunities as ambassadors, department assistants, pet therapy, eucharistic ministers and more. Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline
Big Brothers Big Sisters creates and supports one-to-one plus mentoring relationships between a Big and a youth (Little) who could benefit from another caring adult in their life. Volunteer opportunities include mentoring youth, serving on the Board of Directors, Young Professionals Council or event committee, or ad-hoc assistance at special events.
CASA of East Central Wisconsin
CASA provides volunteer advocates for children that have been found in need of protection and services due to abuse/neglect of a parent. Volunteer advocates need to be 21 years of age or older. However, there are other opportunities to volunteer if under the age of 21, including helping with fundraisers.
Community Blood Center
The Community Blood Center is about connecting lives and sharing life. As a local nonprofit organization, our patients and hospitals depend on us to provide a steady and reliable blood supply. We work together at our donor centers and mobile operations throughout the Midwest to collect more than 50,000 blood donations annually. Become a volunteer with us to assist at our donor center cafes providing snacks to donors or help at our blood drives registering donors!
Friends of Peace Park Sheboygan
Friends of Peace Park Sheboygan is an all-volunteer organization. We maintain the gardens at the Park and have plans for future development of the Park. Volunteers can choose to join the Maintenance Team and work at the Park (spring through fall) or join one of our other Teams to plan events, speak to interested groups, work on fundraising, etc.
Generations' Vision is Building a strong and healthy community that supports, includes and engages all people of every age. We have fitness and wellness classes every day, several nonprofits in our building, lots of intergenerational programming and special events. Volunteer opportunities include: gardening and basic landscaping; special events and activities; and basic office duties.
Girl Scouts of Manitou Council
Girl Scouts of Manitou Council is the largest girl-serving organization in the Lake Michigan western shoreline area. Girl Scout volunteers help build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place but also gain lots of skills themselves. There are lots of opportunities to volunteer with Girl Scouts such as becoming a troop leader or cookie manager, at our two camps, or to share your many skills with girls in a variety of ways.
Heaven's Gait Ranch
We are a therapeutic riding center in Cedar Grove that offers equine-assisted services to individuals with special needs and veterans with disabilities. We are recruiting volunteers who are available between 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday to assist in horseback riding lessons.
Horizons4Girls (H4G) mentors middle and high school female students from county wide schools, private and public. We mentor, tutor, council students from a variety of backgrounds. They are referrals from families, educational staff, medical and mental health professionals, social workers, & law enforcement.
Junior Achievement of Sheboygan provides financial literacy programming to students in K-12. Our program curriculum is taught in partnership with community volunteers and our educators. We anticipate needing 200 classroom volunteers in 21-22 to provide our programming to as many Sheboygan County students as possible.
JustServe.org is a website where the volunteer needs of organizations may be posted and volunteers may search for places to serve in the community, providing opportunities to help those in need and enhance the quality of life in the community.
Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy Center
Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy provides forensic interviews, medical exams, and advocacy to children and families who are victims of child abuse. We have several volunteer activities available including: 1. Making "hugs" for children who visit our center by making tie blankets and donating them to our facility; 2. Hosting a drive or collecting new squish-mallows or stuffed animals to comfort children who visit our center; 3. Donating fidget toys and adult style coloring books to help alleviate anxiety for children who visit our center; 4. Decorating & donating supplies for our outside doorway for the season.
Nourish is an educational farm located on 13 acres in Sheboygan Falls, WI that provides good food experiences for all members of the community. We offer volunteer opportunities on the farm, in our certified kitchen and going to schools to help implement Good Food Club programming.
Pine Haven Christian Communities
Pine Haven is a senior living community in Sheboygan Falls. Our volunteer needs are perfect for those who enjoy playing games, bingo calling, giving manicures, landscape work, building relationships with senior citizens.
Project Angel Hugs
We are a nonprofit that administers to the emotional needs of children with cancer and their families. We need volunteers for: Wrapping presents; Crafting; Special events; Basic office duties.
REINS, Inc. provides personal growth, challenge and development through equine assisted activities and therapies to improve participants quality of life. Volunteers enable us to provide this unique and restorative experience during our 10-week summer program. Volunteer roles include: Horse leader (13+ yrs old); Sidewalker (13+ yrs old); Toy/ Equipment Assistant (12+ yrs old); and Grooming (12+ yrs old). Sheboygan County Food Bank
The Sheboygan County Food Bank is dedicated to making sure no one in Sheboygan County goes hungry. We currently have 2 volunteer opportunities. The first opportunity is driving the SCFB truck to Making Spirits Bright on numerous nights in December (must be 18 to volunteer). The second is volunteering at our Holiday Lights event (must be 14 to volunteer).

The Sheboygan County YMCA has multiple volunteer opportunities at our Sheboygan Y, Falls Y and Camp Y-Koda branches for high school students through adult seniors. Volunteers are needed to assist with special events.
Sheboygan Youth Sailing
At the Sheboygan Youth Sailing Center, we have volunteer opportunities for young sailors and parents alike! With the off-season approaching, we can always use help getting our facility prepped for winter. We also look for volunteers all summer long to assist with events and large classes.
