July 2018 PIT Homeless Count
When: July 21 2018
Time: 10:00 pm
A coalition of local agencies and volunteers will be conducting the Point In Time Homeless (PIT) Count around Sheboygan County. The focus of the count is to identify people who might be homeless on that night. The count helps to identify services needed in our community to help those without housing. The information gathered from the count is also used at the state and federal level to allocate resources for home-lessness assistance.
The summer PIT count will be on Wednesday, July 25 in two shifts. Volunteer shifts are 11 pm to 2 am and 4 am to 6 am. Please consider volunteering for this event. Feel free to share the info with family/friends/coworker or anybody who might be able to help.
